KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
Bu metin, Olympos Web ile iletişime geçtiğinizde ve olymposweb.com’u ziyaret ettiğinizde kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (“KVKK”) 10. maddesi ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca açıklar.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler
- Talebinizle ilgili: ad soyad; telefon numarası veya e-posta adresi; işletme adınız, seçtiğiniz hizmet, iş türü, şablon, ek hizmetler ve not alanına yazdıklarınız. Bunlar, sitedeki formu gönderdiğinizde ya da formun oluşturduğu özeti veya başka bir mesajı bize e-posta veya WhatsApp ile ilettiğinizde elimize ulaşır.
- Yazışmalarınızla ilgili: bize e-posta veya WhatsApp ile yazdığınızda e-posta adresiniz ya da telefon numaranız, mesajlarınızın içeriği ve tarihleri.
- Siteyi ziyaretinizle ilgili: IP adresiniz, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgileri, istenen sayfa ve istek zamanı. Bu bilgiler, sitenin size ulaştırılması sırasında barındırma altyapısı tarafından kendiliğinden işlenir.
Sitedeki talep formu, doldurduğunuz bilgilerden önce cihazınızda bir özet oluşturur. Bu özet, yalnızca formdaki yurt dışına aktarım onayını işaretlerseniz site üzerinden bize gönderilir; işaretlemezseniz hiçbir şey gönderilmez ve özeti dilerseniz kendiniz iletebilirsiniz.
3. İşleme amaçları
- Talebinizi almak, değerlendirmek ve size dönüş yapmak.
- İstediğiniz hizmet için teklif hazırlamak ve bu konuda sizinle iletişim kurmak.
- Bir hizmet sözleşmesi kurulursa sözleşmeyi yürütmek ve buna ilişkin yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek.
- Siteyi size ulaştırmak ve sitenin güvenliğini sağlamak.
4. Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep
Verileriniz, sitedeki formu gönderdiğinizde, bize e-posta veya WhatsApp ile yazdığınızda ve siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde elektronik ortamda, otomatik ya da kısmen otomatik yollarla toplanır. Hukuki sebepler:
- KVKK m. 5/2-(c): bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması (talebinizin değerlendirilmesi ve teklif);
- KVKK m. 5/2-(ç): veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması (sözleşme kurulursa fatura ve kayıt yükümlülükleri);
- KVKK m. 5/2-(f): temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaatimiz için zorunlu olması (size dönüş yapılması, sitenin güvenliği).
Sitedeki form aracılığıyla yapılan yurt dışına aktarım, formda ayrıca işaretlediğiniz açık rızanıza dayanır (KVKK m. 9). Açık rıza vermek zorunda değilsiniz; vermezseniz talebinizi e-posta veya WhatsApp ile iletebilirsiniz. Verdiğiniz rızayı, ileriye etkili olmak üzere, 8. bölümdeki yollarla her zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
5. Aktarım
Verileriniz yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılar aracılığıyla ve yalnızca bu hizmetlerin gerektirdiği ölçüde işlenir:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (ABD): sitenin barındırılması ve güvenliği; sitedeki formun e-postayla iletilmesi; iletisim@olymposweb.com adresine gelen e-postaların işletmemizin iki çalışanının iş e-posta adreslerine yönlendirilmesi.
- İş e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımız: yönlendirilen e-postaların saklanması.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): WhatsApp’tan yazdığınız mesajların iletilmesi. WhatsApp’ı kullandığınızda WhatsApp’ın kendi gizlilik koşulları da geçerlidir.
Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; bu durumda verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılmış olur. Verileriniz bunların dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz; kanunen yetkili kurum ve kuruluşların talepleri saklıdır.
6. Saklama süresi
Talebinizle ilgili veriler, talebiniz değerlendirilip sonuçlanana kadar saklanır. Talebiniz bir sözleşmeyle sonuçlanırsa, sözleşmeye ilişkin kayıtlar Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu gibi mevzuatın öngördüğü süreler boyunca saklanır. Bu süreler sona erdiğinde verileriniz silinir, yok edilir ya da anonim hale getirilir. Ziyaret kayıtları barındırma altyapısında kısa süreyle tutulur.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK m. 11 uyarınca veri sorumlusuna başvurarak:
- kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
- KVKK m. 7’deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
haklarına sahipsiniz.
8. Başvuru
Haklarınızla ilgili taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca:
- yukarıdaki adrese yazılı olarak ve ıslak imzalı,
- kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresinizden, güvenli elektronik imza veya mobil imza ile,
- ya da daha önce bize bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı olan e-posta adresinizden iletisim@olymposweb.com adresine
iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuzda adınız soyadınız, T.C. kimlik numaranız (yabancılar için uyruk ve pasaport numarası), tebligata esas adresiniz, varsa e-posta adresiniz ve telefon numaranız ile talebinizin konusu bulunmalıdır.
Başvurunuz, niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. İşlem ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirirse, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nun belirlediği tarifedeki ücret istenebilir. Başvurunuz reddedilirse, verilen cevabı yetersiz bulursanız ya da süresi içinde cevap verilmezse, cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
9. Çerezler ve cihazınızdaki tercihler
Bu site kendi çerezini kullanmaz; ziyaretçi ölçümü, reklam veya takip aracı yüklemez. Hareket ve koyu tema tercihlerinizi hatırlamak için tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasına iki kayıt yazar (cd-motion, ow-theme); bunlar kişisel veri içermez ve cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Barındırma altyapımız Cloudflare, bir isteğin otomatik bir yazılımdan gelip gelmediğini anlaması gerektiğinde yalnızca güvenlik amacıyla zorunlu bir çerez (örneğin __cf_bm) yerleştirebilir.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu metni, veri işleme faaliyetlerimiz değiştikçe güncelleriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfadadır; tarihi yukarıda yazar.

2. Personal data processed
About your request: full name; phone number or e-mail address; business name, chosen service, business type, template, extras and what you write in the note. These reach us when you send the form on this site, or when you send us the summary it creates, or another message, by e-mail or WhatsApp. About your messages: when you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, your e-mail address or phone number, and the content and dates of your messages. About your visit: your IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time, processed automatically by the hosting infrastructure while delivering the site. The request form first creates a summary on your device. The site sends it to us only if you tick the form's consent to the transfer abroad; if you do not, nothing is sent, and you may pass the summary on yourself.
3. Purposes
To receive and assess your request and reply to it; to prepare an offer and contact you about it; to perform a service contract if one is made and meet the legal obligations that come with it; to deliver the site to you and keep it secure.
4. Collection and legal basis
Collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, when you send the form on this site, when you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp and when you visit the site. Legal bases: KVKK art. 5/2-(c) (necessary for setting up or performing a contract: assessing your request, the offer); art. 5/2-(ç) (necessary to meet our legal obligations: invoicing and records if a contract is made); art. 5/2-(f) (our legitimate interest, without harming your fundamental rights: replying to you, site security). The transfer abroad made through the form on this site rests on the explicit consent you give in the form's separate box (KVKK art. 9). You do not have to give it; without it you can send your request by e-mail or WhatsApp. You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future, by the means in section 8.
5. Transfer
Your data is processed only through these providers, and only as far as their services require: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), hosting and security of the site, delivering the form on this site by e-mail, and forwarding e-mail sent to iletisim@olymposweb.com to the work e-mail addresses of two of our staff; our work e-mail provider, storing the forwarded e-mail; WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), delivering messages you send on WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply. These providers' servers may be outside Türkiye, in which case your data is transferred abroad. Your data is not otherwise shared, sold or used for advertising, except where an authority entitled by law requests it.
6. Retention
Data about your request is kept until your request has been assessed and settled. If it leads to a contract, the records of that contract are kept for the periods set by legislation such as the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law. When those periods end, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Visit records are kept briefly by the hosting infrastructure.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and for information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; ask for correction, deletion or destruction (within art. 7), and for these to be notified to those third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, send your request in writing with a wet signature to the address above; from your registered e-mail (KEP) address, or with a secure electronic or mobile signature; or to iletisim@olymposweb.com from an e-mail address you have already given us and that is on record with us. Include your full name, Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals: nationality and passport number), address for notices, e-mail address and phone number if any, and what you are asking for. Requests are settled as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge; if an action involves a separate cost, the fee in the Personal Data Protection Board's tariff may be charged. If your request is refused, you find the answer insufficient, or no answer comes in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the answer, and in any case within 60 days of your application.
9. Cookies and preferences on your device
This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It stores two entries in your browser's local storage (cd-motion, ow-theme) to remember your motion and dark-mode choices; they hold no personal data and never leave your device. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie (for example __cf_bm) for security only, when it needs to tell whether a request comes from automated software.

We update this notice when our processing changes. The current version is always on this page, dated above.
