## Drawn in code

The loaf in the signature scene (geometry, score and ear, colour, flour rings, blisters and crackle; lit by the HDRI above), the starter jar and the crust colour scale are drawn by this site's own JavaScript, SVG and CSS. No generated imagery is used anywhere.

## Facts

General sourdough timings and the flour, storage and baking notes are common baking knowledge, written as ranges (taken over from the bold version `../eksi-maya/`). Breads, recipes, weights, bake-out times and the example day are example data; prices, address, hours, phone and service rules are placeholders.
