A demo by Olympos Web for a fictional brand. Every asset below is self-hosted in this folder.

## Typefaces (SIL Open Font License 1.1)

  Downloaded as woff2 (latin + latin-ext) from Google Fonts. Licence texts: `fonts/OFL-SofiaSansCondensed.txt`,

- `fonts/board-glyphs.json` — outlines of 123 characters (printable ASCII, Turkish ÇĞİÖŞÜçğıöşü, ÂÎÛâîû, a few
  marks) taken from this folder's own `sofiasanscond-latin*.woff2`, instanced at weight 760 and with overlaps removed
  (fontTools 4.67 + skia-pathops 0.9.2, build-time only), stored as em-unit path commands for the 3D letters. It is a
  Modified Version of Sofia Sans Condensed under the same SIL OFL 1.1 (`fonts/OFL-SofiaSansCondensed.txt`); no
  Reserved Font Name is declared in the licence text.

## Drawn in code

The felt board, peg letters, the 3D letter geometry (extruded from the font outlines above), the shadow atlas,
starter jar and tile wall are drawn by this site's own CSS, SVG and shaders. No generated imagery is used anywhere.

## Facts

General sourdough timings and the flour, storage and baking notes are common baking knowledge, written as ranges.
Breads, recipes, oven-out times and the example day are example data; prices, address, hours, phone and service
rules are placeholders.
