# Kayıp Saat — credits

Every figure on the shadow screen (gears, dials, hands, lattice windows, lamp, star medallions, key pieces,
clock tower) is drawn in code at run time by `js/figures.js`. No photographs, no generated imagery, no
downloaded artwork.

## Cultural material

- Karagöz shadow theatre: the play's structure (göstermelik, muhavere), Hacivat and Karagöz as characters,
Hacivat's opening cry "Yâr bana bir eğlence" and the traditional closing line "Her ne kadar sürç-i lisan
ettikse affola" are traditional, public-domain material. The dialogue written for this site is new.
- The story (Hilmi Usta, the han, the evening's timeline, the report) is fiction, labelled as such on the page.
